Nutrition & Dietary: Eating a balanced, nutritious diet rich in whole foods like fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and healthy fats is crucial for overall health and disease prevention.
Exercise: Regular physical activity, including a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, and flexibility work, supports weight management, boosts energy levels, and reduces the risk of chronic diseases.
Sleep: Getting sufficient quality sleep (typically 7-9 hours per night for adults) is essential for physical and mental rejuvenation, immune function, and disease prevention.
Stress Management: Practicing stress management techniques like meditation, yoga, deep breathing, and mindfulness can reduce the negative impacts of chronic stress on physical and mental health.
Hydration: Drinking an adequate amount of water daily (typically around 8 glasses) supports bodily functions, flushes toxins, and prevents dehydration.
